So I've never done a blog before, but me and my best friend thought it would be good thing to do while we take a journey on finding ourselves.
On October 3rd my boyfriend of a year and 9 months broke up with me, I thought it was the end of the world. I'm finally realizing it's not. My journey is just beginning. I'm finding the truth and finding the plans God has or me is so much more than I imagined, and it goes farther than just having a boyfriend and someone to count on. God should be the only one we need to rely on, he is more than enough for us, and knowing this is true is the only way I'm going to make it doing what I'm going to do for the next 8 months.
I've decided for the next 8 months not to date. I'm going to take this time to get closer to God and to seek him more. He deserves my complete focus and I know i'm going to come out of this feeling so blessed. I need to find out who I am and who God wants me to be. He made me for something greater than I realize, and I'm going to pray and take a journey of self discovery with him, my creator. I know it's going to be hard, but with God ALL things are possible!
I'm excited to blog and journal during the next 8 months to see how much I change and grow as a woman in Christ!
